After the order is confirmed, a questionnaire will be sent to gather additional information about the project. These questions help give me a sense of your initial thoughts on the logo and ultimate goal.

Once the questionnaire has returned, the first set of proofs should be sent out within 5-6 business days.

The additional lead time after the first set of design concepts is sent depends on needed revisions and communication time.
