Letterpress / Foil Stamping File Preparation

• We can only accept artwork in Ai, EPS, or PDF
• All fonts converted to outlines.
• Minimum font size is 6pt, and a minimum line weight is .25pt
• No photo, No gradients, No large solid areas printing
• Pantone uncoated color only, no CMYK
• Oil-based Letterpress ink and Metallic ink (gold, silver)
• Foil colors: Gold, Silver, Copper, White, Black,Red, Blue, and Green
Finishing Options
• One mask file for each option (Letterpress/Foil Stamping)
• Clearly indicate the option and the printing side

CMYK Offset Printing File Preparation

• We accept artwork in Ai, EPS, PDF, PSD, JPEG, and PNG
• All fonts
converted to outlines.
• Artwork should be created at 300 dpi
• CMYK 4-color process printing, and do not print PMS ink.
• At least 1/16" bleed around the perimeter of your artwork
• Rich black: C60 M40 Y40 K100
• One mask file for each option (Spot UV, Foil, Embossing, or Raised Ink)

Do you provide proof?
A digital proof will be sent to the customer before being sent for printing. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing orders before approving them to avoid errors. If the customer accepts and confirms the order, finoprint.com assumes no responsibility for any errors that are not corrected by the customer.
We will make every effort to ensure color accuracy.
We will make every effort to ensure color accuracy. We do not guarantee accurate color matching between customer images, files or previously printed materials. There may be a 10% color change that can occur due to press calibration when printing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Fino Print is happy to assist with order changes or cancellations whenever possible.
Before proof approval: You may request changes or cancellation by contacting us via email. Depending on the stage of your order, cancellation fees may apply.
If work has already begun, any costs incurred—including proof preparation, graphic design work, production setup, administrative fees, and payment processing fees—will be deducted from your refund. Depending on how far the order has progressed, cancellation charges may be approximately 40%–50% of the total order value.
After proof approval or production has started: Once your proof has been approved or production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Logo & Graphic Design Services: All logo and graphic design service fees are non-refundable once the order has been placed and design work has started.
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the status of your order.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
The Fino Print is committed to customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.
What is your return policy?
Since each order is unique to each customer it has no resale value, therefore All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify The Fino Print within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement, the customer must return 100% of the received product within 10 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
What is the turnaround time?
The estimated turnaround time is displayed on each product page and will vary depending on the selected options. These times are calculated as business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Unexpected failures, malfunctions, and / or technical problems with (printing) equipment may delay the printing process.
